It was my first time in the office, and everyone was so nice. I felt very welcomed there. It's nice when you're working with nice people. It makes you feel comfortable. The staff and the doctor, they made me feel happy and I'll be back next year.

I didn't appreciate the abrupt answering from the Doctor. His lack of giving me answers to my specific questions is not acceptable. Actually, he is curt and rude in my opinion. I'm very well affiliated with 2 Korean churches and I feel he is just use to answering and giving the information "He" wants to give and not focusing on what the patient wants. This challenging situation / questions should be respected from anyone seeking information. It should not be biased based upon "His - tge Dr mood / desire" to decide.
Furthermore, Anyone paying for any service should be given their monies worth!
As for the staff, they are friendly and personalable. I appreciate this very much! Customer Service was 5 stars.
It's unfortunate for the staff, but I won't recommend anyone to this doctor, aka the man with a lack of personality & respect!
